Flower Power Wedding!
comments (3) September 30th, 2008 in galleryI am getting married in May and decided to make all of my own flowers. I thought this would be a fun opportunity to have an excuse for not only a new fun project, but also to save money! I made these flowers out of clay. I then spray painted them and glued them on floral wire stems wrapped with green floral tape. Tiny beaded jewels are made to look like a babies breath-like flower. To finish the bouquet, I wrapped with gold material and ribbon. I am thrilled with how they turned out! I was having so much fun making these, I can't wait to make more:) The time/hard work has definitely paid of. I feel I should win this challenge because I feel this has been a creative adventure that hopefully inspires other artists to create something similar! If anyone on here would like any help making these, please just ask:)
