Cat and The Hat Knit Socks
October 25th, 2008 in knitting, galleryWool socks are the ultimate in warmth during the winter season. Wool is water repellent and wicks moisture from your feet if you do get so warm that you sweat, which make these perfect gear for snow shoveling.
I reversed the stripe pattern on this pair just for fun but also because it allowed me to use equal lengths of red and white wool. The yarn is Brown Sheep, and is washable and anti-itchy.
