I loved this necklace! I hand felted each bead to look like a natural turquoise stone. It was my first felt bead necklace and it came out perfect. Ive been hooked ever since!

In this necklace I paired Red Chili hand felted merino wool beads with vintage glass turquoise beads. This one is cool because its long so you can wrap it around your neck a couple times or even your wrist as a bracelet!

My latest passion is pairing like colors randomly on shorter necklaces with smaller beads.

Waste not want not! Left over beads make great bracelets!

Ive also started adding a sterling silver clasp...fancy!

I love making jewlery using handmade felt beads! I try and keep my designs simple so that the color and the feel of the wool gets all the attention. Wool is so fun to experiment with...I've only hit the tip of the iceberg!

trusk4u writes: Never in a million years would I have thought of felt beads. They are marvelous! The colors are so vibrant and no need to worry about them breaking. Especially nice if you have little ones.
