Jen1964 writes: Do you ever get the hard edge, from the chain row? I didn't care for that, so came up with an alternative, that is just as quick. I do a 1-2 inch wide "scarf" the length I want, and then do rounds of crochet around it in whatever colors or stitches I want... until I get to the width I want. No hard foundation edge anywhere, inside or out. Love those color combos.
