Spring-inspired Outfits
March 23rd, 2009 in sewing, fashion, restyle, embroidery, galleryI made these outfits for my girls the other day. I bought little boy's undershirts in a multi-pack bag at Target to make the shirts. I have a basic sewing machine... nothing fancy. I cut off the arm and bottom edges and did a zig-zag stitch around them to make the lettuce edge.
I spent about $10 per outfit for fabric, t-shirts and trim.
The pants of my oldest daughter are ruffled, my two-year old got the straight-leg style. They love to wear matching outfits!
