My good friend Melissa Wagner is making me this amazing bird mobile for my birthday. I saw one in person last week when I visited Spool, a charming sewing shop in Philadelphia. Melissa has about six of the birds done, all in different fabrics, and I cannot wait to hang it in my home. You can get the free pattern from Spool's blog or read more about Melissa's mobile here.
