Hi,

I work as a caterer from home. I created both these two pieces of food art just this week. In the first photo, I carved a fellow who is playing his guitar. I presented the first one to a co-worker today in honor of his bands debut at a local night club. He was thrilled!!! The computer food art, I am surprising my boyfriend with tomorrow. It's his birthday, and he works as a computer specialist. I hope he loves it.

I like to use my regular knife, and a serated knife for the carving.
