Sconces stand almost 4 tall and were originally a pair of 1940s wood sconces bought at an auction in Paris.
Shot of the pair of sconces side by side on one of the entryway tables. Glass was installed on the top of the tables after they were shipped to Palm Beach.
Closeup of one of the sconces...symmetry!
Closeups of the tables, which were originally painted black and covered with a Chinoiserie design.
Closeup of the tabletops. I used 4 scallops for the top since they had to be sturdy and uniform/level enough to support the glass top.

This was a custom project for a client in Palm Beach Florida. I already loved working with shells, and this project was a big one but it does have that WOW factor.
