Louis Vuitton's runway 2009 model inspired this black and purple 3 pc dress.  I made a black satin  halter dress, very fitted, top cut on the bias. The peplum corsett of black lace over purple satin  is seperate to be worn with this dress or without, or even with a pair of jeans over a black top.  The 3rd piece is a small lace jacket to cover the shoulders, also to be worn with our without.  This combo can become several outfits, from little black dress to a stand out corsetted runway look.  the design is mine, I prefer over patterns.  Thank you to my model, Lacy.

Nicki1213 writes: What an interesting idea - I have not thought of recreating runway looks, although it seems so obvious! I just try to recreate looks I see in stores when something's too expensive to buy. Good job on this project, I'd be interested in seeing more looks of varying styles that you create.

Next I expect to see some shoes just like those! Just kidding, although I won't be shocked if you do, Miss Ambitious.
