I needed a new office chair and found two old dining chairs (?) that had wheels - $15 for both!  They were unfinished pine that was badly stained so I sanded them and covered with a can of "mistake" paint from the hardware store.  All the rest of the items I scrounged and found in my stash - batting, glue, fabric, staple gun.  I had the fabric from a previous set of curtains but not enough to cover both chairs in just one. I did buy the piping but it was about $1 a yard ....  I used Saa paper from Thailand (www.MangoNest.com) on the back of the chairs to go with the tropical feel. 

These will definitely brighten up the place in the dead of winter!
