Tootsie is a quick and fairly easy scarf. You can make this one in a night and give it as a great gift the next day. Knit with a comfy bulky yarn, the scarf just looks cozy.
A simple cable stitch and fancy cast on and cast off helps to create a beautiful scarf that reminds me of a tootsie roll wrapper. The stitches used most in this scarf are knit and purl.
No chart needed. Make it as long or short as you would like!
