The perfect way to kick off our Halloween Celebration this year is to revisit one of our favorite stories about how a costume can go terribly, terribly wrong. Last Halloween, former Managing Editor Michaela Murphy told us a tale of "scary crafty excesses" and "how to terrify the opposite sex" in this entry into her Crafte's Inferno Storytelling series.

Michaela also shared this story at a storytelling show this Spring at The Lion Brand Yarn Studio in NYC.

MaeveQ writes: This is one of my very favorite stories. I remember reading it last year and laughing so hard. I love CraftStylish and visit the site often--but I do miss Ms. Murphy and I'm sure that others do too. Maybe CraftStylish can have her back to tell us another craftfail story?
