I made this tote bag out of fabric I acquired from a flea market. The petals of the flowers are hand-sewn and from an old quilt and the inside is from old remnants purchased at the same market. The stems are appliquéd.

I think I am entering the omni-crafter category but I'm not quite sure. So maybe you can just choose my category for me. I'm not quite sure why I deserve to win. I would say it's because I was creative and worked really hard, but I'm sure everyone who entered did the exact same thing. But I would like to win.

I hope you enjoy my semi-creative, multipurpose, handmade, partially machine-sewn tote.

ErinMichelle writes: no Becky32 there isn't a tutorial anywhere, at least that i know of. i just kind of made it up as i went... the bag actually ended up being a lot different that what i originally planned. but if i have time once this contest is over i will work on making a tutorial for it.
