A T-shirt is never just a T-shirt to a crafter, especially if you are a wizard with a sewing machine. Kira had no idea about our Tote-ally Crafty Bag Challenge when she stopped by to wow us with her psychic creation (I love the little crafty gremlin appliqué, too). Threadbanger held weekend-long tote-bag tutorials at Renegade San Francisco with their cool lineup of Janome sewing machines (one of which they gave away!). The CraftStylish booth was just a few up from theirs, so we were treated to the proud efforts of many first-time sewers and their brand-new tote bags. I was all over everyone who came up to us to enter our challenge. Now, I am all about making nice to Kira so she'll make another so that Jessica and I don't have to fight over this one!
