I made this bag from a pair of size 4 CK coral pink jeans that are way too tight now (must've shrunk..lol). I used the fabric along side, and including, the outside seams to make interesting looking handles, and lined it with a cotton fabric printed with little animals. It is just a perfect size for my 8 year old granddaughter to carry - very fashionable!! :) I saw a backpack made from jeans on YouTube, and took it to another level to create this...

Make it Pink
Upload photos of handmade pink projects in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month.
For each pink project uploaded to the contest gallery during the month of October, CraftStylish will donate $1 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure (total donation up to $500).
The member who uploads the highest number of pink projects to the gallery will receive an In-Home cabinet, filled with one spool of each color of 100% polyester thread from Gütermann.
All Make It Pink projects must be something that you have made (not something you have bought).
A specific project can be uploaded only once. There is no limit to the number of pink projects you can enter.
