Happy Birthday Sharon! Dont say I never make you anything.
Colorful folders can be used as card stock in a pinch.
Scrap paper, a blue folder, and an X-Acto knife are all you need to create a birthday card on short notice.
A gold marker will add the finishing touches, while a metal ruler helped to cut the squares with straight edges.
After trying a few different designs, I decided simple is best.
Happy Birthday Sharon! Dont say I never make you anything.

Happy Birthday Sharon! Don't say I never make you anything.

After reading about my quest to learn to craft this year, my friend Sharon from Fine Cooking.com requested a handmade birthday card. Never one to disappoint, I found some office supplies and got to work. I have to admit that I did receive some help, so I don't think this one qualifies for a merit badge, but it is a good start. Thank you Lucia for all your help in finding office supplies.

Happy Birthday Sharon!
