This tote is made from 100% reclaimed fabrics!  Khakis, a skirt and a shirt all come together to make this chic, pretty and practical tote.
The pockets come from a pair of jeans.  Even my tag is recycled -- made from some jeans, a shirt and some vinyl scraps.

I am entering this tote in the Eco Chic section of the Tote-ally Crafty Bag Challenge.  This tote is made from 100% reclaimed fabrics, and is my own design.  The brown fabric was once a pair of slacks, the lovely aqua fabric was a skirt, the pockets from a pair of jeans, and the lining of the tote was from a very cool men's shirt!

Using reclaimed/upcycled fabrics is one reason this bag is eco friendly.  Another reason is because it can (and should) be used for shopping -- in place of those plastic bags!

My tote deserves to win this Eco Chic challenge because it uses all reclaimed fabrics, can be used to reduce waste, is chic and well-constructed... and doesn't look recycled!
