I have just started doing crochet again because I am finding it increasingly difficult to do fine embroidery, so I am looking for all the patterns I can find on the web. There is very little available in Australia, especially in Tasmania which has only approx. 500,000 people in the whole state. The web has solved that problem in a big way. I am finding threads, free patterns, and also patterns and books for buying of course.
My other interests are reading, surfing the web, and gardening.

Re: The Importance of Blocking: A How To
This is a very helpful article. Thanks for sharing it with us. Could you tell me what is the best thing to use for a blocking board? I mainly want to use it for blocking doilies, etc.

Re: Personalize Your Gifts with Fabric Labels
The link worked just fine for me. This is a wonderful idea, but I too wonder if the print would last very long if it was laundered.
