Re: Design4U
This looks sooo elegant. I love it! I also like that you are a curvy [wonderful] lady who can sew and show the best of all of it. I have curves too and am so sick of so many patterns making anyone with a hip measurement look as though they ought to wear boxes. You know how to pick-em' and sew-em' and wear-em!

I also like the purple summer print dress and wonder if you would share the pattern name or if you did the design yourself?

Re: How to Sew Special Gift Wrap
Great Idea for the bottle cover and gorgeous too!

I used to make my Christmas Crackers, simply due to cost factor and found I had more fun putting them together...coming up with the joke or quotes, a small gift appropriate for each guest and we made the hats too. It was so much for fun and seemed to get everyone chatty and relaxed at the start of our meals. Recycle, recycle and be merry too!
Thanks!
Re: BrendaJMoores Ultimate Sewing Room
I chose the light blue wall to keep a clean non-yellowish light on my work, and love being able to look out the window for inspiration; even while ironing!
posted: 10:16 pm on November 21stI love the large chair, not a sofa...too easy for me to want to crash or for others' to feel obliged to stay and take away from "my ultimate sewing, crafting time"; selfish in a good way.
I've left lots of room for getting around the room and for future additional equipment or storage needs.
I do love this room...all about me.
I also think this is a great opportunity to play and think out such ideas before I would actually do the work.
Thanks
