Flower Power Bracelet: The Blues
This particular piece started off as an exercise for keeping a sketchbook. A post in Craftsylish inspired me to keep one of my own. This was one idea I had while I was at a cafenbsp...
Jewelry Shelf
Take a look at how I turned my sloppy jewelry shelf into an organized showcase.
Dreamcatchers: For Your Nightmares & For Your Dreams
Stephen King has been playing a major role in my mind nowadays. I've been reading his books and watching a few of his movies. I must say his newest one, Duma Key, is quite impressive. The book...
Tree of Life with Eggs in a Nest Pendant (Unakite, Aventurine & Copper)
This necklace was born out of my interest in the "Eggs in a Nest" model. I decided to try my hand at it and came up with a small nest that was too small for my liking. I thought to incorporate it...

Re: Jewelry Shelf
beadeful, when i get to your level of craft, i'm going to insist on having the guest room / study for my stuff! don't know how my hubby's going to react to that!
posted: 7:38 pm on September 7thi understand why you don't want your husband to read my post, in truth, one of the reasons i organized it was because my own was pestering me, too! argh. (he has his own tools organized in the storage area so he sees no problem in me organizing my stuff!
Re: Jewelry Shelf
true enough, clotheshorsey. sometimes i get a bit lazy, too. got to discipline myself, though. it looks so good and everything is at my fingertips when they're all organized. i don't want to mess it up. what's five minutes of making sure everything's in place when i remind myself it took me almost a whole day all in all to get it together? hahaha.

Re: Organize Your Beads and Charms
I love the idea of sorting beads according to their color. I recently organized my jewelry shelf and used this method to organize my beads. I posted the outcome onto the gallery:

Re: Why You Should Have a Sketchbook
I think this is a great idea. I sometimes use my organizer to stencil in some sketches but the phone stencil doesn't seem to make the marks I want to see. A sketchbook sounds like something I can work with - the question now is where do I squeeze it in my already full bag? =P

Hi Diane! I tried your bracelet using copper wire and a few semi-precious stones. I blogged about it and linked the blog to this tutorial. How do I post a photo of my image here? =)
